BILLINGS - A Billings man admits attempting to coerce an underage girl into a sexual relationship through online chats.

David Sievers, 41, plead guilty Monday afternoon to federal charges of attempted coercion and enticement.

Investigators say he contacted an undercover agent posing as a young girl last year. The agent agreed to meet Sievers for sexual relations at a motel in March after months of online conversations. He was arrested upon arrival.

Court documents show Sievers spent nearly four years in an Illinois prison following child pornography convictions there.
