BILLINGS - A Billings oral surgeon facing cocaine charges was released from jail Thursday.

Jerome Mancuso was released on his own recognizance from the Yellowstone County Detention Facility. Court documents show he surrendered his D.E.A. registration, meaning he can no longer prescribe controlled substances anywhere in the country, and he voluntarily surrendered his license to practice dentistry in Montana until the matter is resolved.

Monday, Mancuso along with former local golf pro James Marker and realtor Paula Huebner were charged in an investigation into a Billings cocaine ring. All have pled not guilty. A trial date for Mancuso has yet to be set.
