Dogs Seized in Eastern Montana

WIBAUX - A week after 157 cats were rescued from a home in Powell, Wyoming, Wednesday a similar case with dogs in eastern Montana.

Volunteers are working to remove nearly 100 dogs from a property in Wibaux. United Animal Nations and the Humane Society of the United States said they found more than 90 dogs living in filthy and crowded pens.

They said many of the dogs suffer from parasites, infestation and skin infections. The Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter said they expect to receive some of the seized dogs.
