BILLINGS - A Montana company will receive $20 Million to improve telecommunications on Crow tribal lands.

The grants and loans will be used to greatly expand broadband access on the Crow Reservation including Lodge Grass, Crow Agency, St. Xavier, Fort Smith, and Pryor. Spokespeople for Project Telephone said they hope to get started by the middle of August and expect the expansion to take three years.

The rural development arm of the Department of Agriculture helped them apply for the stimulus funds.
