BILLINGS - Montana's congressional delegation receives split marks from the League of Conservation Voters.

The group released its 2011 National Environmental Scorecard Tuesday. The report gives Sen. Max Baucus and Sen. Jon Tester, both democrats, 91% each. Rep. Denny Rehberg, a republican, only received 9%.

The scorecard includes 11 senate votes and 35 house votes. Theresa Keaveny with Montana Conservation Voters said the ranking is especially important in Montana.

"In Montana in particular we value the out of doors," she said. "We rely on clean water for fishing, for agriculture, for our drinking water, for a pristine Yellowstone River. We rely on a safe environment to do our daily work. "

The League of Conservation Voters said the 2011 scorecard reflects the most anti-conservation session of the U.S. House of Representatives in history. To see the full scorecard click here.
