Prosecutors Outline Links in Cocaine Charges

BILLINGS - A Billings oral surgeon charged with cocaine distribution is allegedly linked to the conspiracy involving five former Billings Outlaws.

Jerome Daniel Mancuso, age 42, pled not guilty to charges of cocaine possession and distribution Monday. Court documents indicate Mancuso spent time with Terra Chesarek who pled guilty in July to federal cocaine charges and was involved in the ring that brought down five former Outlaws. Prosecutors said over a 7-year period beginning in 2002, Jerome Mancuso possessed and distributed more than 500 grams of cocaine.

Court documents allege Terra Chesarek was in a relationship with Mancuso and supplied him with cocaine. Mancuso is in custody charged with cocaine possession with the intent to distribute, distribution, maintaining drug-involved premises and use of a communication facility in distributing cocaine.

Mancuso owns the Rocky Mountain Center for Oral and Facial Surgery in Billings. Two others are linked to the case and also appeared in federal court Monday. Paula Huebner, age 39, is a real estate agent in Billings. She faces cocaine charges, as does a former assistant golf pro, 37-year-old James Darin Marker of Billings.

Investigators said the cocaine ring involved former Billings Outlaws player Shon Flores, who they said bought cocaine from Chesarek. Mancuso, Huebner and Marker all pled not guilty Monday in federal court.

If convicted, Mancuso faces up to 40 years in prison, plus a $2 million fine.
