Billings Oral Surgeon Faces Drug Charges

BILLINGS - A Billings oral surgeon is arraigned on federal drug charges. Forty-two year old Jerome Daniel Mancuso appeared Monday on charges of possession with the intent to distribute cocaine, distribution of cocaine, maintaining drug-involved premises and use of a communication facility. Mancuso is the sole provider and owner of the Rocky Mountain Center for Oral and Facial Surgery. He is currently detained.
If convicted, Mancuso faces a minimum of 5 years in prison and could be sentenced to 40 years, up to a $2-million fine, and at least 4 years supervised release. Mancuso plead not guilty to the charges.###
