BILLINGS - A Billings boy discovered Friday that some dreams come in monster sized packages.

Checkered Flag Productions and the Make-A-Wish Foundation surprised 5-year-old Gavin Maxwell at his pre-school with "The Bounty Hunter," a famous monster truck.

Maxwell suffers from Alpha-One deficiency, a genetic condition that causes chronic liver disease. Maxwell was thrilled when he saw the truck and said he is a huge fan of the sport. "Its really cool, they're really big."

Bounty Hunter driver Darren Migues said working with the Make-A-Wish program has been very rewarding.

"It's an awesome feeling. you just kind of, like him you forget about everything for the day and it gives you that warm feeling about how great you did something today" said Migues.

Gavin's condition means he will have to undergo a liver transplant by age 10. In addition to the surprise appearance, Maxwell and his family also received tickets to Saturday night's monster truck rally at Metra Park.
