BILLINGS - A Billings man accused of robbing a pizza delivery man pled guilty Thursday in District Court.

The state charged 21-year-old Seth Goodell with three counts of robbery. Goodell robbed a pizza delivery driver in January.

Court documents said he then tried to do the same at two local convenience stores. Thursday, he pled guilty to robbing the delivery driver. As part of a plea agreement, the state said it will drop the other two counts.

Sentencing is set for June 7th. Goodell faces up to a 20-year sentence.
