BILLINGS - A sea of green will roll through downtown Billings Saturday.

The Saint Patrick’s Day parade and Celtic street fair will take over downtown Billings Saturday. But downtown won't be the only place that is seeing green. Proceeds from the events will help low-income senior citizens.

Big Sky Senior Services Director, Denise Armstrong, said the money will help dozens of seniors pay for the care and services they need.

"It helps us meet the gap there between the cost to provide the service and what they can afford to pay. So it goes directly back into providing these services."

The Celtic street fair will begin Saturday at 9 a.m. under Skypoint downtown. The parade will begin at 11 a.m. in front of the courthouse on North 27th Street, and immediately following the parade will be a kid’s carnival as well as live music will be held on North Broadway between 1st and 3rd Avenue.
