BILLINGS - Thousands of Billings residents discovered how old collectibles can bring new opportunities to Billings youth.

The Boys and Girls Club of Yellowstone County held its traditional antique show and flea market Saturday. More than 2,000 community members visited hundreds of different booths.

Vendors sold a varity of items including books, jewelry, toys and even fresh baked goods. Money made from the table rentals will be donated to the club and will be used to purchase board games and other supplies.

Pauline Hartman has participated in the event for more than 20 years and said she's glad she can help. "I live about a block away and I can tell what a big difference this club has made. To the neighborhood in particular and to the kids."

It is one of three events held yearly to raise money for the club.
