BILLINGS - A recent survey conducted by Farmers Insurance marks Billings as the 14th most secure location in the nation. This is the third time Billings has placed among the top 20 in the Farmers study. One Billings resident said he appreciates what Billings has to offer.

"In my career I've had the opportunity to travel, see different parts of the country, but each time I come back to billings I appreciate it a little more for what it does offer," said John Mammenga.

The study looks at many different aspects including crime, weather, housing depreciation, foreclosures, environmental hazards, air quality, life expectancy and job loss numbers.

This was the Farmers Insurance Group's 6th annual study.
