Bethlehem Experience

BILLINGS - The Heights started to feel a little like Bethlehem Friday night thanks to a live nativity put on by a local church.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints hosted the event. Those who attended were led by tour guides for a 30-minute walk through the simulated streets of Bethlehem.

During the walk guests were introduced to the sights, sounds and tastes people might've experienced during the time that Christ was born.

"This is just a great opportunity for people to put Christ back into Christmas and to enjoy the holiday season and do something with their families and friends and neighbors," said Karen Butt, Cultural Arts Specialist.

The presentation is open to the public and will be held every day except Sundays and Mondays until December 12th.
