Hilton Fails to Produce Paintings

BILLINGS - The controversial leader of American Private Police Force fails to turn over his only declared assets ordered as payment.

Michael Hilton was ordered last week in a California courtroom to turn over several paintings to Rick Earnhart's attorney, Cris Armenta. Hilton owes Earnhart $700,000 from a previous court ruling.

Hilton said he is home sick and that the paintings do not fit into his car. Armenta said this is the second time hilton has missed the deadline to turnover the property and that she will now seek legal action to retrieve them.

This lawyer seems like a waste of time and money. - These so called "paintings" arent going to be worth anything to anyone. - Obviously he's hidden away the money which is easy to do since he has 17 aliases or if he has children he's hiding it in their accounts. - Any lawyer worth their money would do a little digging instead of just accepting these paltry "paintings". - I hope Mr Earnhart gets better legal counsel.
