BILLINGS - The name of the victim killed in Monday night's fatal accident north of Billings is released.

Robert Keller, 40 years old, died when his car rear-ended another vehicle that had stopped on Highway 312 and was trying to take a turn onto a private drive. The driver in the other vehicle was not hurt in the crash.

Troopers say alcohol was not a factor in the crash. It is unknown if Keller was wearing a seatbelt.
