BILLINGS - After spending about 24 hours in Big Sky Country, Air Force One took off from Gallatin Field in Belgrade Saturday afternoon at about 2 p.m. with the first in tow.

President Obama held a town hall meeting about health care reform in Belgrade Friday, but the first family's trip to Montana wasn't all about business.

Saturday morning First Lady Michelle and daughters Sasha and Malia went out for a rafting trip down the Gallatin River just south of Belgrade.

Then the whole family took a trip to Yellowstone National Park where they watched Old Faithful erupt and stopped by an ice cream counter.

I think it's GREAT that he is traveling around talking to people and getting their opinions. For a change, someone in the White House gives a crap. And seriously, could anyone be worse than Bush.......are you kidding me? The guy could barely spell his own name. In the words of the last president....."UH......that move was fantastico." Give me a break. Obama will make some changes, no question. Perhaps Bush should contribute some of his fortune to this horrible economy. He got us here.

To: D. Watts - are you so dumb you don't see that the problems in this country are due to Bush - Obama has only been in office for a few months! Financial problems were coming BECAUSE of Bush. He just didn't want to deal with them. If you don't talk about it it doesn't exist does it. Obama and his family set a wonderful example of what Am. families should be. Did you see Bush at the Olympics? Drunk. He set a fine example for a pres. in another country-didn't he? A drunk American. Good job Bush.

And to "Jolie" who doesn't get a vacation. Quit your job! There are thousands of people who would LOVE a job. Find something you do like that gives you the vacation you so desperatly need.

I don't begrudge someone taking a vacation, but don't be a hypocrite. I am not going to feel guilty for driving an older car, or burning an old light bulb. Do all you Obama voters realize the financial problem the president has gotten us into since Bush left?

Just read that Obama is giving up the public option choice for Americans. Don't you realize this would have made it a CHOICE for you to use government programs to help pay your costs? NOW...pray your insurance company doesn't drop you after you need expensive health care....after you have PAID the premiums for years. Where will you turn for help? Oops! there goes your house! Sorry you got sick!

Obama is trying to make a desperate situation better. Put down your anti-government signs because you will be asking for medicare and veterans aide as soon as you can. DUH!!! they are government programsI And they need help. Quick complaining and try to help solve this problem of health care. Can't take a vacation? Pray you don't get sick and need an operation because you may lose your house if you don't have $30,000 , or more, to pay for it!

westofeden, who do think is paying for the month long family vacation at the toon of $25,000 at week that the obamas have rented and that doesn't include the security they will be taking, cooks, and several other things they just can't live without. Obama is a huge hypocrit and has no business being in office!

I hope MT was smart enough to tell Obama to go home and go to actual work,instead of jet setting around the country and world trying to sell us on a stupid program like his health care bill. He is spending our countrys money like it is going out of style? Whos paying for all of this? THE TAXPAYERS thats who. I say to Obama " Go Home, go to work and actually do the job the taxpayers are paying you to do, quit playing around on my tax dollar"
