BILLINGS - More and more sold signs are being hung on new homes around the Magic City and it has developers feeling optimistic.

With 60% of the housing market's sales deriving from first time home buyers, the spike in sales is being credited to the $8,000 first time home buyer tax credit.

"This is the best time to buy if you're a first time home buyer," said Greg McCall, President of Home Builders Association. The tax credit program ends November 30th.
