Airport's New Look

BILLINGS - Airport travelers may now notice a bit more color at the Billings Logan Airport.

Two hundred flags from around the world now don the baggage claim area at the airport. A non profit called SkyWind World has been decorating the area in the airport for nearly 20 years, and this week, put up their latest exhibit, titled "Billings Welcomes The World".

Organizers say the signs are meant to welcome visitors coming into the city and the region.

"Billings of all cities in Montana has more international and national visitors coming into their town, because many of them then go into Yellowstone Park. So, we really do welcome to the world," says Terry Zee Lee, President of SkyWind World Inc.

The non-profit also strives to make its exhibits educational. Organizers say they've arranged for teachers to bring their students to the airport to teach them about countries around the world.

u wouldnt think that cause billings isnt that popular place to come to since there isnt that much going on here
