New Management at Animal Shelter

Tools

By Madelyn Jarrett

BILLINGS - The Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter will officially take control of the Billings shelter Sunday, March 15th.

Billings City Council members approved a contract with the private group last September. Up to now, the shelter has been run by the city; now they'll pay YVAS to run it for them.

The shelter opens Monday, March 16th for the first time under new management. YVAS plans quite a few changes.
