BILLINGS - A Billings man accused shooting a gun outside of a popular Billings night club enters a plea in court Friday.

Brandon Lawrence plead not guilty to felony criminal endangerment and three other misdemeanors. Prosecutors say Lawrence fired a gun at another man in front of The Carlin last weekend. Authorities say the gun was stolen and officers also found marijuana on Lawrence during a search.

The defense claims Lawrence was acting in self defense. His bond is set at $35,000 dollars.

Ship this piece of trash back to CA. where he came from, but first get this liar off the disability roles so that those that truly need it can get what they need instead of slime like this getting a free ride at the cost of the people that truly need the help!!! If this creep could chase somebody down the street he sure doesn't seem very disabled, and if he's a felon from CA. and he was in posession of a gun then he should be charged under the felons act and serve at least 20 yrs. here for that!
