LAUREL - Congressman Denny Rehberg and Senator Jon Tester both attended the ceremony in Laurel Tuesday.

There are currently 24-million veterans in the U.S. with complex health needs. As a member of the veterans affairs committee, Sen. Tester said he wants to improve veterans' healthcare.

"We've got to deal with issues that revolve around mental health, post traumatic stress disorder, and traumatic brain injuries," Tester said. "Those are the signature injuries that are coming out of Iraq and Afghanistan. Those are injuries that are going to be around for a long time to come and we've got to deal with them better."

Sen. Tester will be back in Billings Thursday for a veteran's listening session and to help break ground for the new VA clinic.
