BILLINGS - A former Billings Senior High teacher denies having sex with a 14 year old student.

Monday, in district court, Stacy Rambold entered not guilty pleas to three felony charges of sexual intercourse without consent.

Prosecutors say Rambold and a senior high female student had sex on three separate occasions, including once at the school. Police say the female victim told authorities this spring about the affair with her teacher. Court documents say the relationship happened between October and December of last year.

Rambold surrendered his teaching license this summer after School District Two officials asked the state to revoke it.

Uhh, "Stacy" appears to be male Linda and why are you assuming he is guilty and the kid is not a liar? I think more likely than not that the teacher is innocent and the kid is a sociopath.
