BILLINGS - Former Denver Broncos running back Travis Henry faces drug charges in a Billings federal courtroom.

Henry and his co-defendant James Mack told a federal judge they didn't possess or distribute cocaine. The two entered not guilty pleas to charges of conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, and distribution of cocaine.

Federal officials say the men are suspected of supplying large amounts of cocaine to Billings customers from March 2006 until September 2008 when they were arrested in Colorado.

Mack and Henry already posted bond in Colorado, however the judge informed Henry he had violated that release order and if he did it again he'd be taken back into custody. Both refused to answer questions from the media when they exited the courthouse.

If found guilty both face 10 years to life in prison, $4 million dollars in fines, and 5 years of supervised release.
