BILLINGS - Senator Jon Tester appeared on MSNBC Saturday afternoon to talk about the proposed $700-Billion bailout. He said he looks forward to reaching a resolution.

"Hopefully we can have an agreement later today or tomorrow at the latest," the democratic senator said. "I'm personally very very anxious to see if the finally product really does answers the questions I've been asking from the get go. That is number one: If we do this, do we have to do it again or will this take care of the problem? And is it really going to address issues around small businesses and working families in rural communities?"

Lawmakers said there is a need to have a deal before Monday when Jewish lawmakers will need to leave for the religious holiday of Rosh Hashanah.
