BILLINGS - A shot is fired during an early morning robbery at the Blue Basket convenience store on Main Street.

Officers were called to the store around three Thursday morning. They say a man forced the store clerk into the back cooler area and then later told the clerk to open the cash register. Police say the suspect fired one shot during the robbery, but no one was hurt.

The suspect is described as a white male, 25-to 30-year-old, between 5-foot-9 to 6-feet tall with blue eyes and brown hair. Police have no suspects, and are still trying to determine if there was surveillance video in the area.
