Eastlick Arraigned

By Nick Lough

BILLINGS - In court Monday, a Billings man claims he wasn't trying to run over a Yellowstone County Sheriff's Deputy earlier this summer.

Twenty-five-year-old Brandon Eastlick entered a not guilty plea on charges of assault with a weapon, criminal endangerment, DUI, and several other misdemeanor counts.

Police say in early July, Eastlick led sheriff's deputies on a high speed chase with speeds reaching more than 100-miles per hour. Court documents say Eastlick was shot in the arm after trying to run over a deputy. His bond is set at $50,000 dollars.
