BILLINGS - Republican candidate for Governor, Roy Brown, details his plan to make health care more affordable should he be elected in November.

Brown says his plan is to create a bi-partisan commission to address health care issues. He wants the group to include doctors, hospital administrators and representatives from health insurance companies. Brown says by appointing professionals in the field to find a solution he'll keep the issue from getting caught up in a partisan political fight. Brown notes sky-rocketing costs for health insurance and the rising price to keep hospital doors open are ongoing challenges that need to be solved.

"I think we can do that through market incentives and through ways we can work with businesses so they can pull businesses together to come up with cheaper health care costs with cheaper insurance for employees. And that's what we ultimately want, more people covered under heath insurance." says the current state senator.

Brown says as a business man when he had a problem he'd go to experts, and says he'll treat this the same way. He knows he may not have all the answers, but addressing these issues will be a priority for his administration.
