Rollover Victim Identified

BILLINGS - The driver of a fatal rollover accident in Ballantine Monday morning is identified.

The Yellowstone County coroner says 53-year-old Ronald Phillip Padilla of Huntley died from injuries due to the motor vehicle accident. Police say the rollover accident happened just after 10 a.m. Monday morning on I-94 near mile marker 8.

Montana Highway Patrol officials say Padilla was heading towards Billings when his vehicle rolled. Officials say Padilla died at the scene.
