By Arianne Rapkoch

BILLINGS - A one-vehicle motorcycle accident leaves a woman riding on the back of the motorcycle, dead on the south side of Billings early Monday morning.

Yellowstone County Sheriffs say thirty-three year old Mary Ryan was killed when the driver ran a stop sign and crashed into an irrigation ditch. Ryan was not wearing a helmet.

Highway Patrol officials say the driver allegedly fled the scene. The investigation continues.
