BILLINGS - A Billings man who admitted to robbing a Magic City casino and driving drunk was sentenced in court Monday.

Judge Gregory Todd sentenced Paul Lamere to 15 years in Montana State Prison with five suspended and has to pay a $515 dollar fine. Lamere was found guilty of felony robbery in misdemeanor.

Police say Lamere robbed the Nickel Ante Casino on Grand Avenue in late November. Investigators say hours after the robbery, Lamere was spotted driving a car. Police say he led them on a short chase before crashing.
