The Mac Mickey Benefit took place Saturday with food, games and entertainment. The event is being held for a man who was diagnosed with brain cancer less than a month ago, and has no health insurance to pay medical bills.

Community members donated everything from gift certificates to quilts to be raffled or auctioned off. Mac's friends and family say the community response is no surprise. "It's been overwhelming the amount of people that have wanted to help, I mean not just from Yellowstone County, but all over, for Mac. Mac's a pretty popular guy." says family friend Monti Wetsch.
