RED LODGE - A justice of the peace in Red Lodge went before the court himself Wednesday afternoon for an alleged DUI offense.

Judge Johnny Seiffert entered a not guilty plea to driving while under the influence of alcohol. Seiffert rolled his truck April 12 on highway 87 in Carbon County.

He was not injured, but refused a breathalyzer test from troopers on the scene and was placed under arrest. A trial date will be set later.

This is too much! This judge needs to be suspended from his judicial role. Have you seen him acting as judge? He is a megalomaniac! Barking and yelling at innocent people whenever he gets defensive (which is often). I wish someone else would run for judge in Red Lodge. This guy thinks he has his own syndicated show: Heeerrrresss JOHNNY!!
