Vasquez Jr. in Court

By Nick Lough

BILLINGS - A man accused of firing multiple shots outside of a popular Billings bar is arraigned in court Friday.

Twenty-year-old Davy Vasquez Jr. plead not guilty to felony charges of assault with a weapon and criminal endangerment. Court officials say Vasquez pointed a gun at an employee at the Wild West on March 28th before running across the street and firing multiple shots in the air.

Police say he then took off on foot before they caught up with him two blocks later and arrested him. His bond is set at $35,000 dollars.
