BILLINGS - A Pipestone, Montana man will serve four years in prison for killing two bull elk near Yellowstone National Park.

Thirty-six year old Michael David Belderrain was sentenced on Tuesday in a Wyoming district court. He pleaded guilty to charges of felony possession of a firearm, unlawful transportation of wildlife and unlawful possession of illegally taken wildlife last August. He is also ordered to pay $6,000 dollars in restitution.
