BILLINGS - Hundreds of volunteers built it during MontanaFair, and now, it's on the move.

Crews took about three hours to move the Habitat for Humanity Home built for the Sherri Bird Family. They started at Metra Park and ended at 439 Hillview Lane.

"It was an exciting adventure building two-thirds of this house at the MontanaFair this year with over 350 volunteers and now to get it moved to it's foundation on Hillview and Mitchell is just another chapter in excitement of this project," said Debra Dusenbury, Volunteer Coordinator.

Now that the house is in its permanent lot, volunteers and contractors will finish construction on the interior of the home, which still needs a kitchen and utility area.
