Rape Victim Seeks Justice

BILLINGS - A man who claims to be the Holy Ghost is being held on a $250,000 bond.

Thirty-seven year old Geody Harman made his first court appearance Friday. He was arrested Wednesday in Fromberg on a first degree rape charge out of Salt Lake City. Harman came to Montana after being ex-communicated from a Utah church.

Authorities said he convinced a teenager she would be blessed if she had sex with him. That girl is the daughter of Terrell Dalton. He turned himself in Thursday night to authorities in Wyoming.

The alleged rape happened when Cynthia Dalton was just 15 years old. She's now 20. She said her father forced her to have sex with him and Harman.

"The lord said, me and you need to have sex. He said we need to have sex three times after the third time you'll have great blessings bestowed upon your head," said Cynthia Dalton.

Dalton said she wants her father to be prosecuted.

250K is an insult to rape victims! When will people ever see this as the horrific crime it is?
