Mic up Montana - Vander Zinne

Tools

By Emily Nantz

Drummer Vander Zinne is our latest Mic Up Montana guest. Vander started playing the drums 3 years ago in the 8th grade. He spent the past July in Europe with a national honor band and choir. He was one of only five percussionists picked out of the nation. He's also been in two productions with the Rimrock Opera. The stuffed bear that sits on his drum set, which you'll see in the video, is his rockstar buddy. He lets Vander know if he sounds good by bouncing back and forth.

Good job, nice beat. You look about as nervous as I was. Good job though.
