BILLINGS – U.S. Marshals arrest a Montana man who claims to be the Holy Ghost.

Marshals arrested 37-year-old Geody Harman without incident in Fromberg Wednesday night. Harman and another man sought by marshals came to Montana after being ex-communicated from a Utah church.

Law enforcement in Salt Lake City charged Harman with first-degree rape. They said he convinced a teen she would be blessed if she had sex with him.

"He wasn't that difficult to find at all," said acting U.S. Marshal for the District of Montana Rod Ostermiller. "In fact, he was totally compliant when we did the arrest," Ostermiller added, "unfortunately his accomplice was not there when we did so."

Harman is being held in the Yellowstone County Detention Facility.
