Other Candidates File for Attorney Job

BILLINGS - Early Monday morning democrat Art Lusse also announced his candidacy for Yellowstone County Attorney.

Lusse has been in law for more than 40 years and is teaching at Rocky Mountain College as well as running a mediation practice.

"I think a combination of my experience and what I've been through and what I do, which is settle disputes, makes me the best candidate for the office of Yellowstone county attorney."

And finally, late Monday afternoon Deputy County Attorney Scott Twito filed as a republican, challenging his current boss. He said right now he's focused on the Richard Covington murder trial, and will announce his platform after the trial's conclusion.

Twito faces Marvin McCann in the GOP primary.
