BILLINGS - The CEO of Billings Clinic has played a big role in helping lawmakers craft some sort of health care legislation.

Dr. Nicholas Wolter said the good thing about both bills in the U.S. House and Senate is that they expand coverage to the uninsured in America. He is currently in Chicago at a meeting for the American Hospital Association where he said reform is a hot topic of discussion.

"There are still many things to be discussed like can we get some overall reduction in health care costs with some of the features in these plans so that over the next 8-to-10 years we don't have quite as much inflation in terms of health care costs. I think that's where there is going to be lots of discussion still and differences of opinion in some of the details," said Dr. Wolter.
