BILLINGS - Billings Outlaws head coach Heron O'Neal says he is very disappointed after hearing several former players and coaches are charged with selling and distributing cocaine in the area.

O'Neal said in a statement the outlaws are committed to being good examples in the community. He went on to say the team implemented a "zero tolerance" policy last season, and hopes the Billings community understands that these actions were carried out by individuals, not an organization.

Wednesday, former Outlaws players Shon Flores, Chase Raynock, Andrew Petek, and Robert Reed were all charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Reed and Raynock were both former coaches with the outlaws as well. Raynock is the only one charged who is currently employed by the team.

Outlaws General Manager Adam Steadman said Raynock has been placed on administrative leave while facing charges. He was also an assistant coach for the Skyview Falcon's football team. School officials said he's been permanently removed from that position and asked to stay away from students.
