BILLINGS- Our city election preview continues with a look at the candidates running to become the next mayor of Billings.
Ward 5 council member, Dick Clark, and former police officer turned real estate agent, Tom Hanel, discuss what they consider the biggest issue facing Billings.
'If all the projections are right, we'll lose all our reserves and we could go into a negative where our expenses could be higher than income,” said Clark, “we'll have to cut somewhere if we don't find more sources of income and be more frugal with the money we've got."
"The priority concern is, of course, communication,” said Hanel, “I've strived that since the very beginning of my campaign, but obviously the budget follows right behind."
Ballots must be returned to the county elections office by Tuesday, November 3rd.
