APF Spokeswoman Looks For Work

BILLINGS - KULR-8 caught up with former American Police Force Spokeswoman Becky Shay Thursday, who said she is actively searching for work, after APF has failed to pay her back wages.

The message on Shay's cell phone was changed Thursday to reflect that she no longer works for the company. She directs those looking for information to the group's web site.

Shay declined to appear on camera but said that she still talks to group founder Michael Hilton every couple of days.

She said she's enjoying a laid-back job search after what she describes as a rollercoaster ride with APF. Shay has applied for a few jobs, including the executive director position at Two Rivers Authority, formerly held by Greg Smith.

She said she does not want to leave the area. She's considering a wide range of options as she looks for work, and is even considering enrolling in public relations classes at MSU Billings.

They sure make them dumb in Montana. No wonder Bush did so well there.

I believe this is simply a temporary work furlough from APF. She plans on working at Captain Michael's military training center in Big Horn County when he returns in a few weeks with her Mercedes and back pay.

I'm not sure that this bizarre regional government, Two Rivers Authority, is not as specious as APF. Can you imagine that Beck Shay wants to be the Executive Director of TRA after the last bonehead just up and quit all the while his wife was running for Mayor? What kind of Stepford lives do these people live? Becky sold her soul to the devil for $50K and a SUV. Who the heck could ever trust her in a position of authority?

Becky Shay is just realizing that she hasn't been paid in over a month, that her "company car" was repossessed long ago, and that she's devoted quite some time covering for a career criminal. A course in "public relations" might be somewhat premature. I would suggest instead: Bonehead math Logic Journalism 101
