BILLINGS – KULR-8 continues coverage of the Billings City Elections looking at the match up in the Ward 5 race. Ward 5 covers a large portion of the Billings west end.

Both incumbent Mark Astle and challenger Dennis Ulvestad agree budget and revenue issues need to be solved. However each candidate feels they bring different strengths to the council.

"I was appointed to the council two years ago and so I do have that 2 years experience. Also, in my past career I dealt a lot with budgets," said Astle.

"I feel that I could talk to the people and I'm a better communicator. I would listen to all sides not just one side," said Ulvestad.
