BILLINGS – KULR-8 continues to introduce you to the candidates running for positions on Billings City Council with a look a the two people running for Ward 2, which includes Alkali Creek and the Heights.

Angela Cimmino will face off against businessman James Knox. Both said they'd like to see more development projects and financial accountability from the council.

"It's my third campaign," Cimmino said. "I'm a firm believer you can take an active approach in providing a positive contribution to communicate and working together with business, community, resident and tax payers. We're all in it together."

"City council has an obligation to try to get the maximum services without increasing costs," Knox said. "So we'll be looking at the budget line by line. Trying to figure out how we deliver and maintain those incredible services."
