BILLINGS - APF leader Michael Hilton said he will return to Big Horn County in an attempt to build a military training center.

Hilton told the Associated Press he has an agreement to lease 1,200 acres in Big Horn County for a tactical military training ground. The county clerk and recorder said her office has not received any lease or purchase agreement bearing Hilton's name or the name of his company. Crow tribal officials said Hilton has not approached them about buying or leasing land.

APF was in contract negotiations to operate the Hardin jail, but pulled out last week. On Tuesday, Montana's Attorney General Steve Bullock dropped an investigation into the company. A spokesperson for the Attorney General says the Department of Justice is still under the understanding that Hilton will not be doing business in the state and they do not plan to reopen their investigation.

APF Spokeswoman Becky Shay said Hilton had an initial agreement with a Big Horn County landowner, but she's not sure if the landowner is still interested.

There appears to be plenty going on behind the curtains... I don't think we have heard the whole story or the truth on the APF, the jail or anything connected to them

This situation is becoming much more desperate and much more dangerous than most seem to realize!! The real reason this situation is continuing has not yet come to light. There is a reason the same people continue to be involved in the same locale and the same scenario. The media has done a good job reporting, but there is much to uncover, and many that are culpable, and most of these individuals are still in positions of influence because Hardin citizens have become apathetic! DANGER is here.

Another name that can be added to Matilda list is Paul Green. I over-heard that two black SUV’s were sitting on a flatbed trailer that was hooked up to Paul’s pick-up and was sitting in front of his house not too long ago. Wandering what is his connection with this mess?

When did the training camp for civilian police turn into a "tactical military training ground"? At first, the reports called for a police academy to be built near Hardin. Recently, the media has made this into something to be feared. And by the way, most of the land that belongs to the Crow Tribe is in the mountains. Land near Hardin and vicinity is not regulated by Crow tribal officials.

This guy is an Idiot, he tried to con Hardin out of some money and got caught. He is wanted in Wyoming for driving wtihout a license and his expensive Mercedes got reposessed. I mean come on quit while you still have a little dignity. He is just a con man and not even a very good one.

The story around the community of Hardin and the players so far disclosed, continues to beg the question, “What is the real connection between the con-man Michael Hilton, the jail builders, the Hardin Mayor Ron Adams, the entire Hardin City Council, the liar Al Peterson and the entire Two Rivers Board, the attorney Becky Convery, the ex-Executive Director Greg Smith and his mayor wanna-be wife Kerri Smith, spokesperson Becky Shay, & the ex-attorney for American Police Force, Maziar Mafi?
