BILLINGS - The man who was the mouthpiece for Two Rivers Authority for the last two years is no longer with the organization.

In a closed executive session held Monday afternoon, former executive director Greg Smith handed in his resignation. TRA spokesman Al Peterson said Smith's resignation was accepted, but would not say why Smith stepped down.

Smith was placed on paid administrative leave September 11th for unspecified reasons. Attempts to reach Smith were unsuccessful.
