APF Concerns Citizens

HARDIN - Now that Hilton's criminal past is revealed, concerned Montana citizens show up at the Hardin jail demanding answers.

Both APF and Two Rivers Authority officials tell us they were aware of Hilton's checkered past but still believe in his promise to bring prisoners to Hardin.

Toni Myers drove from Columbus, Montana, in search of answers in the ongoing story between the Hardin Jail and American Police Force. "I want to know who they are, where they're coming from, and who they're bringing with them," said Myers.

"My job is not to give you the answers you want my job is to give the information I've been employed to release or not release," said APF spokesperson Shay.

Shay spent all day answering questions from media members and the public after an AP story linked the security firm's leader Michael Hilton to multiple bankruptcies and convictions for more than a dozen felonies.

"Michael disclosed this information to me before I agreed to come work for him," said Shay. Along with Shay, TRA Vice President Al Peterson said he knew about the convictions long before the report came out but is still confident in APF. "I firmly believe APF is legitimate and a solid corporation," said Shay.

Peterson declined an on camera interview but released this statement saying quote "I believe that the TRA has a better chance of getting the detention facility open with APF than with any Montana officials. What do we have to lose if it doesn't work out," said Peterson.

APF also continues to stand firm on its stance to not releasing the parent company. "That information won't be disclosed," said Shay. But Myers and others like her pledge to continue their research and to try to get to the bottom of the mystery behind the Hardin Jail.

Calls to Michael Hilton were not returned. Becky Shay says Hilton is currently in California on business and is expected back in Hardin in the next couple weeks.

Court records from Orange County, California indicate Michael Hilton has a lengthy criminal past including a six year prison sentence for a dozen counts of grand theft and other charges.

Court documents show more than a decade of courtroom appearances for Hilton starting in 1982 through 1999 on charges including bad checks, fraud, breach of contract, and grand theft.

After his release from prison court documents indicate he was entangled in at least three civil lawsuits alleging fraud or misrepresentation.

And KULR learned Thursday there's a warrant out for Hilton's arrest in Wyoming. A Sheridan, Wyoming circuit court judge issued a warrant September 1st. A court clerk says he was ticketed for driving with a suspended driver's license on Interstate 90 in Sheridan on August 15th.

The arrest warrant was issued after he failed to appear in court.

In 10/09/2009 Gazette, it is reported that, IN FACT, there is a written agreement between Two River and American Police Force for APF to provide a Police Force in Hardin. The Gazette had to sue Two Rivers to get it! So, while we all thought the Two Rivers Board, the Hardin Mayor and City Council were just inept…it NOW turns out they were being purposely deceptive and lying to the citizens, the Press, the MT Atty General…that is why they refused to turn over the last 2 pages of the contract.

In Becky Shay's interview with Jack Blood she mentioned Hardin is being designated as a "Port Authority" - this is critical. Port Authorities are governed by federal government committees.

Why doesn't the Sheriff pick up this guy "Michael Hilton" and put him in jail since he's known to have a warrant. They could hold him until he's shipped off to Wyoming.

Please - people please video EVERYTHIING and get it on the web! Also, in case you folks in Hardin don't know, you can call an emergency election and throw out the city council. Ask for legal help from other counties. Do this ASAP before you all risk doing the undoable.

Likely parent company: The GEO Group (Wackenhut), has partnered with KBR (Halliburton) and a few other companies. The Pajamahadeen have found their GEOs venture, Civilian Police International. Two headquarters: Lansdowne, Virginia and Kosovo, an autonomous region in Serbia run by the UN and aligned with the European Union (EU). Investigative reporters might want to start there and see how far down this rabbit hole goes. Don't let this story die!

The most unbelievable aspect of this story that comes to my mind is; What were the good citizen's of Hardin, MT thinking when they went into debt 27 million dollars to build a jail in the middle of nowhere? Why not a sports stadium or convention center or even a community center...anything but a stinking jail?

People up there need to stop thinking they can't fight city hall. There needs to be immediate action against all elected officials refusing to represent the will of the people across the state. I'm crurious if there are ties to Obama's visit there, the Max Baucus healthcare bill, and the construction of this prison in the first place.

Were it not for having Jerry "Moonbeam" Brown as California's Attorney General (Top Cop in the state) American Police Force would be shut down for using the term POLICE in their name. Crimewatch supports private firms being granted limited police powers after proper POST certifications. That practice has been in place for decades. See our report at http://crimewatch.us/DumbMove.htm. As for the citizens of Hardin? Recall you local elected officials for the clear ineptitude!

Al Peterson should also be investigated since he is "Still Confident" in APF. Al Peterson may have ties to the agenda to put america behind bars. He may part of the NWO elite who want to destroy america. He too may be a foreign national, since it is "ok" to continue dealings with the (foreign) American Police Force.

I live in this town. The people here are kept in the dark and we cannot access our Mayor or Al Peterson because they "are too busy". It;s not that we want the money, it's that we have no say, no voice, no one to lead us. The town council is just for looks alone and the voice of the people here is NOT heard. They hold their meetings in tiny rooms that cannot accommodate many people - ask the team from KULR8... Our Sheriff is invisible. If this town sells out, the people are to blame as well.

How can the citizens of Hardin possibly trust "APF" when Hilton is a decorated felon? Furthermore how could he possibly obtain the legal authority to handle weapons and screen others to hold weapons as a multiple convicted felon? Shay is a prostitute for $60K/year for not addressing these issues.

Matilda said on Friday, Oct 2 at 8:06 AM

Secrecy, rather than frank and open discussions with all those that matter (in this case, citizens of Hardin and surrounding communities) always breeds contempt and the suggestion of cover-up to the real agenda. It seems this is pretty apparent in this case. Al Peterson and the rest of the Two Rivers Board, the entire Hardin City Council, Becky Shay, Kerri Smith and Hardin Mayor Ron Adams only have themselves to blame as this “deal” falls apart! Shame on them all!

Friend Of Montana said on Friday, Oct 2 at 7:56 AM

One of two things is happening right now in Hardin. 1, Hardin is being used as a test town by foreign mercenaries to see how easy it would be to literally take over a town. All they have done so far is flash a little coin and tell people what they want to hear. More probably it is a scam artist or 3 who see what a bunch of literally gullible idiots that Kelly Smith, Peterson, and Shay are. Shay, you in particular are a disgrace and very classless in your interviews where you answer nothing.

APF is supposed to be a front operated by Hilton for SOS International, a security firm of better-known repute, but with dealings similar to Blackwater. Based on what is now known about Blackwater (now called Xe), Montanans ought to put an end to this deal, repudiate the growth of both the prison-industrial police state, and the ever increasing reliance of government upon private security/police/military contractors.

I saw in Iraq the graft and dangers of private contractors accountable to no one. Why does AMERICAN Police Force use the Serbian emblem (with the internal cyrillic "C"'s standing for the translated phrase "Only Unity Saves the Serbs"). Without accountability, constitutional freedoms and legal protection may vanish. Are you citizens in Hardin, Montana a "trial" to see how easy or difficult it will be to take over cities nationwide? Does money mean more to you than freedom?

What no one is asking is a question that matters the most. And that is What authority does this so called "American Police Force" have outside the prison walls? No institution, business and private security not legally obligated to report to the State should not be allowed to influence the citizens of this County and this State without any recourse to the State of Montana and its own legal authorities. We must not allow our civil rights to be violated in any way by this sham of a prison.

Very good question indeed. What authority is this so called police force have? Are they legally recognized by the State to have authority outside this sham of a prison? Under normal circumstances this force would and could, ONLY have influence within the walls of said prison and their involvment in the city of Hardin wouldn't even be an issue. BUT these are not normal times we live in today. We need as much truth and information before things get out of hand.

Does he support the change? He took an oath to honor the constitution, right? Is the American Police Force taking the same oath?
