BILLINGS - Protestors gathered outside Senator Max Baucus' Billings office Wednesday afternoon.

They are part of a non-partisan group called Montana Shrugged. A group spokesperson said they favor health care reform, but want more public debate over it and believe the issue needs more time.

The group has rallied outside the senator's office every Wednesday for the past two months.
