Mayoral Candidate Ray Tracy

BILLINGS - All this week we are talking to the five Billing mayoral candidates. Wednesday, we spoke with Ray Tracy.

A small business owner, Tracy said the budget is the biggest issue facing the city of Billings; a concern we have heard two other candidates address so far.

"The only thing I won't cut is essential public services," said Tracy. "It's too important for the citizens of Billings to lose. But everything else is on the table and it is important that we do go through the budget line by line to see what can be cut to live within our means."

Voters will head to the polls in a primary held September 15th. The top two candidates will face off in the general election November 3rd.

All five candidates will speak at a public forum next Thursday, August 27th, at MSU-Billings.
